Moto Service Books & Journals

This is a personal project that combined my love of motorcycles with design and publishing. I created "low content" booklets that are sold throughout Europe and the US using Amazon's KDP printing.

About this project

The project includes 2 types of booklets; service books for motorcycle owners to keep records of motorcycle services and maintenance, and notebooks / journals for motorcycle enthausiasts to keep records of whatever!

The designs are inspired by classic motorcycles, mostly from the 70's and 80's. While the covers are based on particular motorcycles, the service books are not bike specific and can be used for any bike, new or old.

Service Books & Journals

Notebooks have blank pages with dotted lines - the one below is based on the 1976 Yamaha TT500. Service books include check boxes and space to fill in service & maintenance details like mileage and dates. The service book below based on the blue XT600 from the mid-80s.

The full range of book covers is featured below along with the motorcycles they were inspired by.

Content Creation

Content focuses on the nostalgia for motorcycles from a bygone era, with "Like the motorcycle your dad used to ride" sentiments.
