About this project
Working closely with instructional designers, I created graphic assets for multiple online learning courses. Each project included a course "brand" identity and guideline that graphics, images, infographics, and Storyline interactions were based on. All elements were then built into the Rise platform.
Project 1: Practical Agility
This course focuses on adaptability and continuous improvement within organisations, and so dynamic, flowing shapes, rounded corners and colour gradients were used to enhance these concepts of embracing change and progression.
Project 2: Strategic & Purpose-Driven Leadership
This course is about combining business objectives with a deeper purpose to guide an organisation. A crucial part of this is motivating teams to work towards a shared vision that provides personal meaning but also benefits the organisation, its shareholders and the environment.
To communicate a human-centred approach, this course identity uses bold, less corporate colours with imperfect (broken) lines, and sketchy elements. Icons and graphics are playful and optimistic, and colours aren't restricted by outlines.
Project 3: Advanced Risk Management
To highlight the systemic processes and analysis covered in this course, along with forward-thinking, the look and feel is technological and futuristic. Visual components like colour gradients, netting (network, systems, "safety nets") and clean icons were used to enhance this concept.
